Verizon Wireless was looking for a new way to upsell new and existing customers going into the holiday shopping season. We developed customized MMS videos designed to immediately follow a service or sales call. An agent catalogs the nature of the call (i.e. device in question, scheduled appointments) and a customized MMS hits the user just moments after the call has ended suggesting a compatible accessory.
